DJ host of the terrific space and ambient music radio program Star's End (WXPN 88.5 Sunday mornings 1AM-6AM). He organizes the popular the Gatherings. Chuck is also an excellent musician. Next time you have a chance to catch him with the Ministry of Inside Things, please do. He's released a few CDs available by import but I think I saw one or two at the Digital Underground (5th and South).
